Where do you begin? 700 Islands in the Sun!!!

May 25, 2010 by amouraffairs Leave a Comment

The Bahamas is know as the country of 700 Islands – almost always in the sunshine.  So where do you begin with choosing the island for your special event or wedding?

There are those islands that you may know by name:  Nassau, Paradise Island, Freeport and maybe even Harbor Island.  Thanks to Tyler Perry and Pirates of the Caribbean you may even recognize Eleuthera, Exuma and Abaco.

My country has over 30 incredible islands to choose from, each unique and incredibly beautiful.  We can help you to pin point which island will best suit your wedding or event needs.  Let Amour Affairs explore your possibilities with you.

The obvious names are The Atlantis- located on Paradise Island and connected to Nassau -which is located on the capital island of New Providence-  by a bridge.  Paradise Island and New Providence are the homes of many great resort properties and a few boutique hotels. Freeport is on the island of Grand Bahama and the home of Port Lucaya.  But we can share other gems of the Bahamas with you: the family islands that are less developed and more natural and pristine.

So whether you are looking for casinos and night clubs, restaurants and activity, or if you are looking for beach and water, and more beach and more water; from the busy to the serene, from the luxourious to the simplistic, our islands have a wonderful diversity that can give you the best of most worlds.

Welcome to my home, my world!  My Bahamas.
